MARIMARI is now in the final stage of post-production.

The film’s producer Shu Run Yap says, “This is a really exciting stage of the process, after several years of production, and a year in editing,  it’s really exciting to be working with some of Aotearoa’s most experienced post-production artists”.

Editor Annie Collins handed over the locked cut of the film to online and colour, sound design, and composition in February this year.

“We are really honoured to be working with sound designer Mel Graham, colourist Damian McDonnell, and composer David Long. All three have an incredible wealth of experience in their fields and will help immensely with making MARIMARI an emotionally engaging and beautiful visual experience,” says Shu Run.
